They will reply back, they are pretty good at that. In the past they have always wanted the original case back before they would ship out a replacement. Not sure how they handle UK buyers with an exchange.
Sooner or later they will be on Amazon and you can do an exchange that way
Two things:
- The fit on the G6 is amazing, but sheesh it’s hard to get off the phone. I suppose that comes with the territory.
- When I took the phone out of the case to take the photo of the hole, I realized again how much better the bare phone feels than any case. That prompted me to dig out the Arc again. I suspect I’ll be ping ponging between these two for the remainder of the season.
Honestly I thought I screwed mine up because it looked like that too. Glad it’s not just mine lol someone let me know if they reply so I can email them too. Otherwise I’ll just shove a putt plug in the port. I’m 100% wireless charging the phone these years

No “regular” case does it for me anymore. I like the feel of the closest to bare phone feeling vs reshaping the phone with whatever bulkier case you put on it.
The Arc wasn’t for me though but the Ultra thins are just perfect for me.

The green color is a really nice color though for sure, the matte black had no character to it just looked boring imo.
The actual CC button I thought was good and responsive no complaints there. It is strange how there is something about that design that keeps making you activate the CC accidentally.
When I read your post about that I was like I’m sure I’ll be fine but I completely understand what you meant. I guess after some time I’m sure I’d adjust but they’re packed and ready to go back lol

Agreed, and I can almost guarantee that they will say you can return it ("Please make sure to ship back before the 30 day return policy is up.") and order a replacement separately. And they do respond quickly. This has been my experience with them...twice now.They will reply back, they are pretty good at that. Got mine today. I have the same shiny bit on my charging port that I definitely never would have noticed or cared about (no chunks missing though). BUT...I was expecting it to be much more difficult to get my 16 Pro into the case, you know with that nice snap. But the case is wayyyy too loose...because I accidentally ordered a 16 Pro Max case....F$&%&*!
Back it goes...ugh. Going out of town next week so I can't order it yet (though it would probably take beyond next week to arrive anyway, haha!). Maybe Caudabe will make their move in the meantime 🤣
Oh, and the difference between getting a replacement and having to order anew is that I don't think ULTRA18 will work anymore. They are now offering a free full component kit instead.

I was also wanting to comment on that. It's a soft sort of felt/material backing. I mean how greasy are people's hands if they are smudging that sort of material?!
