I believe there is a manufacturing problem with the Paragon and it may be dead in the water

Ordered the Paragon, Sheath and 3 sets of buttons on May 2nd and here I sit with my thumb in my arse

Ordered the black Sheath on May 30th, it shipped 5-7 days ago and I still have nothing.

There’s no problem with the Paragon, not true AT ALL. We truly have to stop these narratives because shipments aren’t moving.

I mostly agree but with how all over the place the shipments are, you can understand people’s frustration.

In my opinion, if putting a product up for preorder, Caudabe have to be confident enough in receiving the stock, when they will be getting it and when shipping should start

Their vagueness must be infuriating for those that have preordered; and preordered over a month ago at that!

They’re dipping their toes into Phone Rebel territory and really damaging their reputation as one of the best- certainly with a lot of members on here anyway

That’s cool and I understand that, not disputing that at all. But to say that the Paragon might have issues as to why it’s not shipping is a little ridiculous. I’m NEVER going to tell people to not feel a certain way when spending their money.

It’s being handled a little rough for sure. Some people have theirs while others are still waiting who put orders in as soon as they went live, I get it and im not going in on that part, just have facts together before just throwing out nonsense that’s not true is my issue. Be frustrated with the shipping all day especially when these cases are $50.

Yes there is, the problem is… they haven’t been able to furnish a product that they collected a whole bunch of people’s money for 40 days ago at this point with no hope in sight. Their communication has been doo doo to put it nicely. Except for “YouTubers” they get the inside scoop when they ain’t even a paying customer lmao

It feels like 3000 grit sandpaper to me. I love that feeling - it makes me confident I won't drop my phone.

i use it regularly to clean my iphone, ipad and macbook. i havent had any issues with it. been buying for years. 🤷‍♂️
