Lots of people always do, but in the end cannot escape the virus of upgraditis 😆.

And to be honest, although I’m not upgrading, since I find unappealing, to say the least, the new design and hate the colors and the fact there is no black pro max, I can’t see how I’ll be able to escape it, because I don’t think they’ll be changing the looks for the next few generations of iPhones.

I went for the Air. I fully understand the trade-offs, but expect it will serve me well. I was soooo bored with the Pro Max anyway, and like you I passionately dislike the new design, so this should be a fun excursion.

I only wish it would come in the right form. I’m not sure about the exposed glass both in terms of looks and protection.
 
I'm in Finland and went to see the phones in store just now, as it turns out the delivery of my own phone it's delayed. They had three 17 Pros on display, and the deep blue already had two small scratches on its back with the raw aluminum shining through. Me think the Pros will need protection from day hour one.

I'm missing the "rounded pebble" feel of my iPhone XS on my new iPhone 16 Pro.

Does anybody know of a case that has rounded sides (the whole side, not just the edges). TineeOwl has rounded action button but is otherwise quite a flat case.

Any ideas?
 
Now I have rhinos shield case for over year now. At first thought it was great and feels great. It was but after year it now really annoying cos bottom corner keep popping out every time I take my iPhone out my pocket and have to keep popping it back in. It seems that shield around edges is too weak keep strong over year. Now not sure what to do. If get new different case or keep this one little longer. Hmm 🤔
 
I've recently gone back to the Nomad Sport Case despite its slipperiness. I'm wearing jeans again now that I've dropped considerable weight and a pants pocket carry has supplanted the t-shirt pocket carry. While Apple silicone cases are great for t-shirt pockets they're tough to take out of a pants pocket. I'm re-re-adjusting to the Nomad and so far so good.

I am looking to buy the Cadaube Synthesis for my cousins birthday. What colour case and buttons would go best with the Silver iPhone 17 Pro Max? One of the advantages of the Silver iPhone is the fact that most cases go with phone. I know Caudabe recently released a Blue colour Caudabe Synthesis, but I am guessing it goes with the Blue 17 Pro Max.

Torras is the only one I’ve kept on my phone and has the perfect fit. I haven’t experienced the scratching issue. The belkin one from apple is great too but doesn’t have smooth edges.
