Not to be argumentative, but you’d think brands would love to have things “blow up” and have excited customers emailing them in anticipation of their upcoming products. All publicity is good publicity as they say.
Yes in some cases but there is something called patience that I think everyone needs to have some level of. These things are getting worked on and will be released but goodness have some patience. We have have tons of cases and there is one I’m sure one could use while we all wait for whatever we desire to be released.

Phone Rebel Gen 6 Rebel case in today. Definitely not slippery like the frosty but not as grippy as last years rebel case. Everything about this case screams high quality and IMO the best rebel case made to date. Out of the box with the stock hardware it weights 54 grams, 55 grams with the large honking orange camera ring. One thing I noticed is the interior part where the camera ring screws into is a separate removable piece now and not actually molded into the case anymore. The Magsafe is strong, that large camera ring is what threw off Tee's Magsafe test with his base.
This case would be perfect with a camera control button, let's pray he is still producing them.
I like this one but the honeymoon is just getting started.
Considering this, now that it seems to have a cc button. How does this compare in drop protection to the spigen tough armor or otterbox commuter? Thanks for any anecdotes

The Phone Rebel has a CC button? There’s talk of one but no firm info as far as I know.

Curiosity does not equal impatience. Brands should be happy people are interested at all. Once a company starts finding enthusiastic customers a nuisance, they have lost sight of their purpose in my opinion.

This 1000%! Brands should be taking all the questions in as that means customers want the product. This usually results in money.

Heads up I was just at my local Marshall’s today and they had OEM clear and OEM silicone cases for 16pm for $29.99. They also had a bunch of OEM cases for the regular 16s. I was surprised to see them at Marshall’s this early in the refresh cycle but I’ll take it. Grabbed the black silicone. I already have an oem clear so I left it there for someone else to grab.

Interesting.

I always assumed that it was a typo when people would say ‘TJ Maxx’ as it’s ‘TK Maxx’ here in the UK 😂

love seeing all the OG brands mentioned incase, speck, power support I remember all those were in the Apple Store at one point lol

I do remember Power Support being sold in Apple stores years ago.

Glad to see Power Support is still around. They made the best film screen protectors (pre glass) and the air jacket was a good case. I believe they were sold directly in Apple stores, but I haven’t tried any of their products since I think the 3g or 4!
