They are two completely different animals. I have used the Nomad rugged way more than the Gen 6 rebel. The Nomad rugged is thick & bulky while the Gen 6 is slimmer and more comfortable in the hand. If I had to choose one I would go with the Nomad.
Why do you prefer the Nomad when you say the Gen6 is slimmer and more comfortable in the hand?

Beauty is pain, I’m assuming lol. I also sacrifice comfort for a case that I like the look of
Oh you prefer the look of the Nomad?
Many people on here have the Nomad CC button is hard to use. Bare that in mind if you intend to use the button a lot!

I just have always like the Nomad rugged and just find myself using the rugged more than the Gen 6. Less fingerprints and love that it lays flat on it's back with no wobble. I would suggest just to buy both cases and have fun.

re. leather cases.

Interesting how both Nomad and Ryan London are doing pre-December sales of 20%-off, just before they release updated cases with CC buttons from December onwards. :-|

It’s confirmed that Nomad is adding a CC button to their cases? Maybe I’ll wait on the rugged then.

Case check. I’m currently fully addicted to skinny aramid cases. What are you running right now?

Same here! I was loving my regular black Benks ArmorAir like your Pitaka but got an ArmorTint last week and I absolutely love the grip and texture feel to it.

Also the fingerprints are way less significant than regular black (which I don’t mind that much but really appreciate “the upgrade”)

So I’m surprised that I haven’t seen more about this case but I just received this Supcase today and it’s way better than the UAG version of it. Has cam button and everything! Only 28 bucks on Amazon. It has a hard plastic back that is frosted and shows zero fingerprints. Excellent clicky buttons, and camera button works well from what I can tell. And lastly, the USB C port is covered so it is very comfy on the ole pinky.

Pardon the iPad quality pics.. lol

It sounds as if this case is similar to the Pitaka Tactile Woven cases which also have more texture and fewer fingerprints than the standard aramid/kevlar cases.
