this was their reply to me, “We want to assure you that all of our cases have been thoroughly tested for a secure and precise fit. The slight gap near the charging port is part of the design, intentionally made to accommodate a wider variety of third-party USB-C chargers. This change was based on feedback from previous models where the tighter cutout only fit Apple’s original charger.”

The gap has nothing to do with the size of the opening, of course. There are plenty of cases with sufficiently large openings that don’t have that air gap. I call BS.

Received the matte black Arc Pulse today. Much prefer the look over the graphite, which presents almost like silver on the black iPhone. The black is more stealthy and far less ostentatious.

@Hooterville The free shipping was great. Ordered on Friday night, received on Tuesday morning. Shipped out of Reno NV, which is in my general neck of the woods. Not sure if they have a warehouse in your vicinity though.
