I think "Jessie" is the only person for their customer service. It is the only person I have gotten a reply from. But their process and communication have been horrendous compared to almost every company I have ever worked with. ESR has always been the best. Phone Rebel, with whom many have not had good comms, gets back within a day with action, not just feeling like I am getting a bot response. Having good customer service really is a huge difference in today's world. Responsiveness is the next thing any customer wants. FloLab has failed on all parts with me.
I agree 100%. It sets a brand apart for sure. I hate to hear that there are these issues with Flolab's customer support. And unfortunately, I've heard it a lot. I'll definitely reach out to my contact there and let them know there are some issues going on.

Aspen with camera control….

Im trying to figure out how I feel about the button. It works great on the black version but kind of iffy on the Camel Tan. Trying to test it out some more to see if it’s user error. Looks good and feels good though.

I wonder if mine will be the same way where it's better on one than the other. I'll be home tomorrow and check them out.

I was looking this up and I found out that Tungsten Carbide does not take on a patina, however, it is something alloyed with cobalt and this combination does, usually a bluish patina. There is a lot of discussion about this as related to men's rings. The Black is a layer of a flash-coated Titanium-zirconium alloy.
I expected that this type of surface care for that price will stand for longer time.
For me, aramid fiber is much more durable and scratches proof that any type of Arc Pulse cases.

So, there should be Arc Pulse style case made from aramid 😄

BTW. still trying back to Pitaka, but even with Sunset with 21g that is 3g lighter than Arc Pulse Titanium, phone feel much heavier in hand to me that with Arc.
I don't know what causing this.

I’m guessing it depends upon the fit of each individual case. In my experience, full leather cases are more inconsistent than synthetic cases due to the natural materials involved. If one fits tighter than another, it follows that the button may read more accurately on the case with the better fit.

It’s ironic that their least expensive model (matte black aluminum) is the lightest and also apparently the most durable.

Really looking forward to this one. I was about to order one but heard this was likely coming so gonna hold off until they put it on the website. Are all colors getting the camera control?
I see a they have a buy one get one free offer on their cases right now but I doubt that will apply to the ones with the CC button cover when they’re available. 🤔
