Now that I am aware of it I spotted a Special Forces operator doing a HALO jump from a C-130 and he had a PALS Armor MOLLE plate carrier-mounted holder with either an Juggernaut, ENDVER or an ADVNTR encased smartphone attached as he jumped out the back at 15,000+ feet. This is a level of cool that my Otterbox Defender case can never have. He had it open just before he jumped, checking the GPS, no doubt, and snapped it up and jumped.

It seems that my first Arc Pulse Titanium Onyx Black will turn to "natural titanium" color over time.
Just mentioned few new places, where are light smudges. Not scratches, but some kind of light spots.

I don't understand what causing this, because its on top of case (where display is). I'm putting my phone with display down only to my pockets or sometimes on surfaces, but mainly on soft places like sofa or mouse pads. Never on hard sharp surface.
Otherwise, with display up I'm putting it almost everywhere and on bottom part of Arc, there is nothing - only few microscratches on bottom part, but nothing on the top part. No spots or smudges.

It seems to me that tungsten carbide is not that great, or Arc just kidding that they use it 😄

Do you have any Caudabe news for us?
Nothing at the moment. End of April is what they're saying. Also, heard back from Benks and they said they're not sure when the Aurora with CC is going to be online on either their site or Amazon. They said they'll let me know when they have any other updates. Not sure why they aren't putting it on the site yet. My guess is they may be having some supply chain issues or something with it.

Andar Aspen with camera control should be here either today or tomorrow. Will drop pics when I gets in.
Really looking forward to this one. I was about to order one but heard this was likely coming so gonna hold off until they put it on the website. Are all colors getting the camera control?

Just so I can gripe to a group since we all have our vendors who have their issues.

Let’s talk about FLOLAB. Do they make good products? Possibly. But when you have an issue (I took a chance on a new screen protector, that had issues from the start), their customer service is THE WORST! Yes, I used Amazon, but they default back to the vendor. I put in a ticket with them last week. Two days later I get a reply. I replied right away and said please start a claim and get me a replacement. Crickets. So on Friday I placed my own claim. Finally today - week after my first communication was sent - I get a reply saying sorry, but you will also need to pay postage for the replacement. Go create an account so we can get started.

So maybe in another 2 weeks I will get a replacement for an overpriced screen protector. Shame on me for not just sticking to was has always worked (ESR is by far the best). I am not sure how FLOLAB is still in business based on this experience (and others who have also complained).

Rant over

I hear you. Their social media influencer game is very good, which is probably how they can get away with overpriced products and poor customer service. Churn and burn…

They make solid screen protectors from the outside looking in. Sucks for sure when you hear customer service has issues. Usually when I see these posts from brands I have a good relationship with the marking people, I show them because I always say part of me recommending a product is ensuring that the customers are always taken care of. I try my best to at least.

I've also mentioned it to Flolab before. Had people in my comments section talk about the customer service, so I mentioned it to them. It's kind of not fair that creators get right through but the customer doesn't. For the customer who spends their hard earned money, it should be just as easy, if not easier, in my opinion.
