I wonder if cases with cutouts for the camera button would be an issue for those with long nails? I feel like cases with cutouts for the action button are a little annoying for me right now so I figure it might be similar for the camera button too. For now I went with the Apple case, later once more people use cases with cutouts and have opinions on it I might be open to trying something else, we will see.

How is Caudabe's return policy? Hoping I won't need to but always a possibility.

They are refusing to reply to my emailed question asking what happens if the camera control function does not work.

I don't think they like that question being asked

However, I do believe they have a 30-day return policy.

I did hear that customers who went through the debacle with their iPhone 15 cases had a tough time with customer support but that is only second-hand information from reading this forum.

It's questions and potential issues like this that make me wonder if there's a reason for those truly wide open CC button cutouts on some models.

Broke down and ordered the spigen ultra hybrid T MagFit in Frost Black even though I said I was gonna wait. Told myself I wasn’t gonna buy a lot of cases this year, so hopefully this isn’t the beginning of a problem 😂

IF capacitive buttons become de rigueur, I can see this one being in the 16 Series HOF.

You got jackasses that do YouTube video reviews who buy AirPods Max in every single color, cases in every single color, iPhones in every single color, and then return the ones they don't want.

Apple always takes it back no problem. No restocking fee. I am surprised this practice hasn't hurt the rest of us and we eventually get penalized for returns.

It has hurt the rest of us. Things would definitely be cheaper if they had a stricter return policy. Maybe not much but I'm sure it plays a part.

First of all, so sorry for the delay in response. We're experiencing very high contact volume and it's taking us longer than usual to reply to emails. But let's get this resolved for you! :)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do have a 30 day return/exchange policy. As mentioned in our previous email, our goal was to design a cutout that would enable users to easily access and use the Camera Control button, but wouldn’t be grotesquely large, especially given the slightly awkward placement of the button on the phone itself. The cutout was designed to work seamlessly and so functionality shouldn't be an issue here.

Looks like the order has been placed, and we really think you'll like it!

You could look at their S15 reviews I suppose: https://www.amazon.com/Belemay-Compatible-iPhone-Leather-Magsafe/dp/B0CKPKGC5V

Maybe the smell will dissipate? Some sort of initial treatment maybe?
The smell of the Andar? Probably. Last years cases did not smell like this. But really my issue is the complete cutout. The edge of a screen protector always gets dust stuck to it so that cutout is gonna look nasty.

I looked at the non-crazyhorse leather reviews of the Belemay from last years 15 pro max and it was pretty positive. The crazy horse leather ones not so much, but I wouldn't want that kind of leather anyway as it stains clothes easily.

I could just be patient and wait but I need something for next Friday. I don't want to use the Andar and risk not being able to return it. Only way I keep that one is if the CC button is awful to use with an oval cutout.
