People can hate it and go back to the silicone case but it’s all good once that silicone drops on the ground and that case is destroyed. I think if people just used the case with the cutout, you will easily get use to it.

Let me stop though because apparently I get paid for everything I say positive on YouTube.
Apple so perfectly integrated the Camera Control into the side of their Silicone case that the bar is set extremely high. Until third-party manufacturers at least get into the ballpark, it's pretty much no contest in favor of the Silicone (and perhaps the Spigen T) in my opinion.

True indeed and I agree cases should be updated with the camera button but the way some cases have implemented the cutout, I truly don’t think it’s that bad.

I’ve only tried the cutout on a few cases, but it felt super awkward to me. I’m left-handed, which may very well exacerbate the issue, but there are plenty of right handers who are also complaining, so who knows.

What made you go for the Pro this time if I may ask...

Well I have mainly been a pro guy. I got the 6 plus back in the day and hated it. Then went small/pro from then on out until the 13PM. Had that and the 14PM and then skipped 15 pros. I miss the battery life of the PM, but man I get sick of the size. So here I am.

Honestly biggest reason was cases. After the Apple leather case went away, I always used those and wanted a leather case for the 16 pros. They are all thicker than Apple, so then that makes the PM huge. Hoping the battery life is worth the trade off. Love the six in hand of the pro.

I see
What case are you going for this time?

Don't you miss the bigger screen for watching movies, YouTube etc...

And I miss my FineWoven. Used it for the last 2 months on my pro max and really liked its footprint. Can’t do silicone. All leather cases are too thick. Going to be a rough year.

Received the Mous Limitless 6.0 Case in Forest Green. Case feels good, sort of slick feeling at first. Camera cutout is smooth but feels big when holding phone for a call in either left or right hand. Apple silicone takes the win in my books.

I originally purchased theKingflag brown leather case, and after opening the package and inspecting it I saw a couple issues right from the start, small scratches/tears in the leather, so I ordered the Shieldon Crazy Horse-brown leather case for my ProMax, and will say it is definitely sturdier and reminds me a lot of the Apple leather cases, I would recommend it as an option for anyone like me who misses the Apple leather cases. I put a couple coats of Kiwi leather lotion on and will see how it holds up.

I like the cutout vs. what the other case had, it is more functional for someone with big/fat fingers to use, some may want the camera button enclosed, but not me. I have the natural titanium and thought the dark brown leather went well with it.

Thought it wouldn’t get delivered today, but Apple/UPS came in clutch. Here is the Apple silicone in Stone Gray. Not only do I love the look of it, but having a cover for the CC button feels amazing. I’ll see how it does over time since the Apple silicone cases are known for being a lint magnet, but so far it’s good.

Nah. I will never buy another apple silicone case and I know I’m not the only one. I was never a fan of the feel. It feels mushy in a weird way and is a complete dust magnet.

Hey tee can you review the ringke onyx case? The cutout is not deep at all. Think you would like it

Just got my Caudabe Synthesis in the mail- it’s really good! Been a sheath user for probably 3-4 years, but this is an equally quality case. Nice grip on the sides & still decent texture on the back.

Thought of getting apple silicon, as others have mentioned but I just know they’ll age poorly & aren’t pocket friendly < a cutout on the button…

Caudabe did a great job with their cases this year, new buttons are a welcomed change.
