Sent a request to Caudabe on October 8 to cancel my two sheaths I had ordered. Never heard back, and got a shipping notice this afternoon.

We’ve joked before that a request to cancel gets automatically redirected to the shipping department… lol.
Now lets hope it actually gets shipped or it could just be a shipping label.
OK, one more pic and then I’ll stop… lol. I think this is my favorite phone/case combo of all time: iPhone Air + Arc Pulse.

Those are some good cases in your rotation! I don’t blame you for swapping between them.
I keep swapping between the silicone case in midnight and the techwoven case in black. Love both of them a lot
Currently in the black TW for the first time in a little while
Really like it, very light and such a thin case. Wish it didnt have the silly lanyard holes.

Yeah, my other two cases in the rotation are the Apple Silicone in Purple and a ESR Hybrid clear case. Both excellent.
I ordered a gray Sheath for my 17 Pro non Max today. They sent me an excel sheet of when stuff going to ship. Says gray 17 pro are in stock.Caudabe has been sitting on $158.00 of my money for over 30 days now and the only thing I've received is 1 precise Sheath and 2 sets of ember Paragon buttonsWTF is going on over there? Where are my cases?
Said they shipped the black Paragon with the Sheath and it was not in there. I've have literally sent 10 emails, contacted them on Reddit and their support page with NO RESPONSE at all.

The Paragon buttons work fine in the Synthesis case but are loose as a goose in the Sheath precise. Now, they are stating that they will be shipping out replacement buttons for all the Sheath buyers. So, are they all the same, I don't think so.
If I had an iPhone Air, I'd definitely go with the Arc Pulse. Some protection but still retains the thiness and feel of the Air.
@Hooterville it fits the 17 pro max air 2 case and works so I’m gonna assume it fits the rebel and what not coming out soon too. Looks and feels high quality
Yea, I emailed them and they said the CC buttons will work fine with the new 17 Pro/Max cases. I was trying not to buy a bunch of Phone Rebel cases this year, but might have a change of heart
