I’m running the Sheath to give it a last chance. TBH I’m starting to get used to the weight somewhat. I trust it way more from a drop vs the AS.

Oh yeah the sheath is likely more protective. I just couldn’t get used to the weight. These phones are already pretty hefty so didn’t wanna add much more to it
1st drop of my iPhone Air with my Bellroy case. from about 1.5 meters onto a solid tile flooring. No damage to the phone, but very very tiny nick on the case where it took the brunt of the dropping force.
If I didnt have a case on my iPhone Air, I believe it would have been broken lol.

You know I do like the look but I’m not a fan of the thickness on the rugged compared to the standard.
It’s hard to say. Titanium iPhones have proven to be pretty tough, and the Air is supposed to be the toughest yet, so you could have come through with nothing more than a ding.
Yea looks like it so far. Feels great in hand.

You should try the techwoven out if you haven’t already! I personally think it feels better than the sheath and it’s very light like the silicone case. I think you’d really like it

Somebody posted this case from AliExpress. (I apologize of not crediting them) Ordered on 10/21 and it arrived today. Not bad all the way from China. Price has gone up a little, I paid $6.20 (USD) I understand the COG's must be really low, but just logistically it's hard to imagine any money being made. I'm 60 miles North of LA and someone hand delivered it.

All in all, grippy and colorful. Snug fit and nice buttons. No rattle. No camera control, just a slot. Price is up to $11.95 (USD) so it's still quite the bargain, 10/10 would buy again
