I meant to respond to your other comment but yeah I’d say it is on the topic here. Moreso for anyone who sees the comments and is dissuaded from getting the case by thinking it doesn’t offer protection.
Well if one is primarily looking for protection, the TW is not the case to recommend.

And the post I replied to was „I have never seen a damaged phone in a TW case“, to which I offered examples. That’s all.

Anyone’s TW case got wrinkles like that? Photos from Amazon reviews. I’ve also seen a lot of posts like this on Reddit.

Didn’t say primarily looking for protection, just mentioned that it does offer protection.

Also, yeah I saw that, but my response still is valid for the topic. This wasn’t meant to be a response to you directly, btw, I was just trying using your comment as a reply since it was dealing with what I was about to say.

Ordered a Pitaka Summa case for my incoming iPhone 17 Pro. For those who have ordered directly from Pitaka in the UK, typically how long does it take to deliver ? If it is long ish I might have order a temp case or use the rubbish Torra case that I have somewhere.

Ok i finally went to the apple store and got to try the techwoven case.

I walked out with the blue one and am now returning my caudabe paragon azurite. I do understand when people say their pinky hurts but its not as bad as I thought it would be. This is by far the best case apple has ever made and im going to keep it on until the new fold or 18 pro.

Its light, feels good in the hand and i can see my phones color through its borders. 34g vs 49g for a case is a huge difference especially when im also attaching a magsafe wallet to the back.

Yea I see your point but no doubt the Paragon is more protective.

I couldn’t bring myself to buy a TW. I didn’t like the material when I tried it out on my 17PM in the Apple Store, so I waited for my Caudabe Paragon to arrive and stuck with that. I only use that when I’m out the house over 24 hours. I was away this past weekend at my daughter’s dance competition, and I forgot to pack my phone case, so I was extra careful when handling my naked phone and managed to get through the weekend with no damage (knock on wood).

Surprisingly to me, I keep finding myself going back to the Aulumu A17 for the Air. Among the ultra-minimalist cases I’ve tried this year (most of them), it arguably has the best fit and the best feel in the hand, with tight corners and extremely smooth edges all around. It’s also the only case of this type (that I’m aware of) that has fully open sides, which I’m learning I prefer to multiple cutouts. As I mentioned before, I’m not a big fan of Aulumu’s cyber-punk aesthetic, but this case is so enjoyable to use that it’s easy to overlook.

Nice! I am intrigued by this case for my 17 pro. Pricey at $69 though.

BTW, PhoneRebel Flex Series is a similar design with open sides but with fully open camera plateau and bulkier.

It’s definitely pricey, but the quality is there.

Thanks. I’m familiar with the Flex series, but unfortunately they don’t make one for the Air.

I wasn’t expecting it to be so “rigid” and “stiff.” It definitely feels good in hand and also one of my favorites for my pro.

Now you have 😉

But honestly, it’s an Apple „non-rugged“ case, one layer of TPU so the phone will absorb most damage. Like all standard Apple cases only protective under certain conditions or with some luck. 🤷🏻‍♀️
Wow, 34g case and it's less protective that Arc Pulse 🤔🤷‍♂️

PhoneRebel Flex is heavy as hell, bulky as **** and pricey as **** 🤣🤣

This looks very nice. I also like fully open sides. But I'm afraid of weight. According to website is 23g. Can you please measure it?
