I love this thread, but it was super bad for my wallet. I had 6 cases for my 16PM and was trying for 4 with the 17PM..already back to 5 right now. Definitely not $1K, but it is sure depressing to put all of my 16PM cases together, and i'll probably be giving them to a buddy that stuck with a 16PM or just trashing them.

holding strong so far. for my air purchased magbak elite but cancelled before shipped, preordered a nomad back and cancelled, got a torras case from amazon and returned without opening, bought the apple bumper and a shadow case. returned the bumper. have the shadow case on phone since friday. one and only. i do have the beats case saved for later in my amazon cart 🤔

So far I only have the Apple Clear and Beats in hand, with an Andar Aspen arriving on Thursday, and an Arc Pulse coming in early October. Those I’ll keep. I also have a Suti shipped and a Nomad on preorder which I hope to return and cancel respectively. So four total is the plan.

I am still in the lookout for a good case for my Blue iPhone 17 Pro Max. I always get the Balck phone with the Black Silicone case. But this time around, I wanted to try the Blue TechWoven case, but unfortunately, it's not available in any of the stores and does not get delivered until Oct 29th.
Looks like I don't have choice get the Sciicone case.

I, too, was surprised the Blue TechWoven case for the iPhone 17 Pro Max is sold out in practically all the stores in all the ZIP codes nationwide that I could think of. It's probably getting swooped up by owners of all 3 colors as it goes very well with all 3 of them, including the Orange, which is a tough color to match
Picked up the Grecazo case after years of using bumpers (ThanoTech K11 on iPhone 7, SUPCASE on iPhone 12 Pro). Thin bumpers are hard to find these days (picked up the Rhinoshield Mod NX which was basically unusable), and with how easily the new iPhones scratches, I'm probably going to avoid bumpers altogether. The Grecazo case is thin and minimal, MagSafe compatible, and is under $20. Drop protection is basically nonexistent, and the color is a bit off, but if you want a slim, minimalist case, it’s a solid buy. Also yes, the sides are bare and prone to scratches but IMO the back is much more likely to scratch than the sides.

i think (hope) you’re asking about the clock.🤣 when you’re seeing your lock screen, wake up phone by a tap, then long press the screen and choose customize when it appears. you’ll see a pull bar on the lower right corner of the clock. just pull it down and save.

I feel that. I gave my 15PM to my husband on Saturday along with a box with all my cases and he chose the Nomad modern leather, slapped it on and that‘s where it‘s going to stay for the next two years 😂
But I‘m glad I have kind of a hard time finding cases I like this year. Currently back to the Apple clear case (the silicone is super pretty too, but… it‘s just too velvety for me rn), returning the Torras Q3 Air and Benks magnetic. Now waiting for the frosted Spigen Hybrid and a clear Nudient case to arrive, and the Caudabe Sheath of course (preordered on the 15th). Probably gonna go with a Nomad leather and Mous case at some point (those were among my faves on the 15PM), but I‘m loving the clear cases right now because they showcase the new design.
I‘m also keeping the pink ESR case I have here and the Ornarto, because those were cheap.
I‘m planning on keeping this phone another 2 years so it needs to be protected.
