Anyway, can someone please give any more tips/suggestions/ideas on what to do more, as all the above didnt help..

no you didn't folow instructions….

start by saving your blobs for 6.01
download TinyUmbrella

hook up phone
open TU, go to advanced, uncheck Request SHSH from Cydia
go back to main page and hit save SHSH

to restore 6.01 have 6.0 and 6.01 IPSW ready

now go to Extras/even/more/restore select the 6.01 IPSW
and follow instructions

Im still having problems.. am I really stupid or smth? I decided to do step-by-step guide what Im doing.. with images..

Ok, it still gave me error.. but I tried to select 4.1 (since I had shsh blob for it), and restored to 4.1 and it worked! then I used tutorial and downgraded from ipad baseband.. and again it worked (I was amazed)..

Now Im on 4.1, and I want it to update to 6.0.1 (I dont need any jailbreaks and etc..), so A NEW PROBLEM came when I used restore and picked 6.0.1 it was updating and at the end - ERROR 21 on itunes.

So why cant I update to 6.0.1? Modem firmware is already 05.13.04 (and didnt get any unlocked iphone message from itunes to).

Due to the BB miss match you need to restore in DFU mode, error 21 indicates you were not in DFU

Try again in dfu

Thank you so much! Finally its factory unlocked! Now I can hand it to the buyer hands

P.S. that why I bought all other iphones factory unlocked
