Hello Ben! The iPhone 4 is sitting there for some minutes and now the iPhone 4 died over the weekend and what you would do to charge iPhone 4 and it's showing a charger port with a lightning

Have you plugged it into the charger and allowed some time to see if the battery will accumulate charge?

This is a pretty old phone. Has the battery ever been replaced? That may be needed.
