Spidey

For the first image - could I get Spidey shrunk to about 1/2 his size and a 1/4 of his size? I'd like to try multiple sizes.

For the second image - could I get the image formatted for the 5 and Spidey shrunk to about 1/2 his size and a 1/4 of his size as well? Could he be placed on a blue background similar to the building on his left?

If these both can be done, that would be great!
