I have an iPad Air and its one of the pre installed wallpapers. Not sure if its part of iOS 7 iPad wallpapers or if its just on the iPad Air.

On my iPad Air its in Settings/General/Wallpapers & Brightness/Apple Wallpapers/Stills. It's at the bottom.

Is it possible to remove the top black white part and bottom white part and resize for iPhone 5?

Can someone help me resize this picture? Online converters arent working, trying to convert to iphone 5 size.

and would anyone tell me how you do this? I use to have microsoft picture viewer or whatever but its on win8.
