the 744x1392 size is used for the parallax effect when using iOS 7, if i would have made that wallpaper you requested 640x1136 the edges of the handlebars and wheels would have been chopped off if you're using the parallax effect...

Is it possible to raise the picture and text on the minion picture? The second line gets cut off by the dock when I have it set as the home screen and also by the 'slide to unlock' on the lock screen.
