Using Google search, I found this app at the App Store but I don't know how well it works. If someone wants to try it and post your results for everyone else to see... (Monster wallpaper maker)

The app is free and updated for iPhone 5.

When you adjust the top status bar what do you set the opacity at? I've been trying to create some seamless wallpapers and yours is damn near perfect!

thanks for your comment. there is no set number for the opacity. some pictures will be 60%, others 90% or more. on that particular picture i think i had the opacity at 100% while using the normal color dodge blending mode.
