not exactly sure what you're after, but here's 3 options. 1st one is right below the dots, 2nd one is even with the top of dock icons and the 3rd is level with the top of the dock...

Thanks for doing the 3 that you did but I'm actually looking for it be look like the pic I attached. The solid grey bar stays on the very bottom but the top needs to come down under the page dots. As close as you can get it to look like the dock on the picture the better. Thank you so much for trying and hopefully your able to get it.
