I don't know ! I just found it in iFile which allows to explore all iOS files......

If its a low quality one then I'll give you that one from my iPad.....

I'm not sure, but I guess this ripple wallpaper also comes preloaded with Mac ! Maybe that would be good quality wallpaper !
