Shelves were done in Photoshop with bevels, gradients, overlays and angles until they look right. Then when you asked for black I sort of reverse them. I also have programs that assist me in Photoshop as plugins.

You do know this is for a jailbreak phone? I have no problem doing them as long as you are aware of this. The shelf will only work in that situation.
