I have done two sets for you. One set is standard size for iPhone 6+ (1080 x 1920) and one set is parallax size (1242 x 2208). But I have never heard of these nametags ever being used with parallax turned on. Let me know if it works.

Not as simple as just a video to be honest. It depends on the program you are using and possibly the plugins you may have for those programs. Give me some idea of what you may have for a program that can do resizing. Such as Pixelmator, Photoshop Elements, Photoshop and so on.
Without the program your hands are tied. But I will see what I can do for you going the least costly route.
Per you request, plus added an additional one of the black with a gold logo and font version just for fun.
