if i make them bigger to go from the bottom of the screen to just below the clock the figures on the right and left will be chopped off. you have a horizontal rectangle picture and are trying to fit it on a vertical rectangle iPhone screen...

the pictures you supplied are not very sharp to begin with. i tried making them as sharp as possible in the first posting of these...
