Yep, System Memory Resets occasionally for the past few days.

I think these System Memory Resets are also causing the screen brightness to be at maximum when the alarm goes off. It's been happening now and then for the last few days, and I noticed the days it happened, a System Memory Reset had occurred overnight.

At least iOS is good about recovering and still sounding my alarm for work in the morning! :)

This is obviously a bug and it might be fixed in 9.3 which is due soon. Probably not worth going through the hassle of restoring your phone until 9.3 comes out and the problem isn't gone.

Oh, well I didn't know this was a 9.3 only issue. Then yeah, you're right.

Great suggestion! For the day in question it says System Memory Reset. Not sure what to look for. It also says that system memory exceeded limit.
Me, too!

I have two entries - one for the 23rd and one for the 19th. Both times were around 2:40-2:45am if that is of any use.
