I have tried everything for UPS ref tracking. Phone, order, serial. Nothing. My tax pending charge dropped off. Still showing delivery 9/16 and I do have a serial # in my profile. I guess I will await word from apple it has shipped. I have matte black 7 -128 gb ordered 1:28 am pst with Iup. Good luck to all. Hope you get your phones. Seeing good reviews for the 7's.

I'm trying to order my phone via Apple and I keep getting the error that they are unable to reach the carrier systems (AT&T). When I call AT&T they tell me their systems have been down since last night. I have a 7 plus coming Friday but am planning on returning it so I can re-order on AT&T Next and get the $650 for my iPhone 6

Anyone else having this issue?

What is/was the last time that yours was updated. Mine was last updated as arrival in Incheon at 7:41 PM, which was almost three hours before the flight to Louisville took off..

My phone is on the same flight as yours....no worries, we will see movement and you will have your precious come Friday!

If you use "show order details" it should give you the billing info including citizen bank credit and the CC link to your application.

I got an approval email and all terms are on my apple app page.

I know I'll have it. I'm just wondering if it missed the flight (since the last update was 7:41 PM) or if its on there and just hasn't updated. This is the first time I've had one ship from China, all other years they've already been in the US.

How much movement is going on with the 256 7+ Jet Blacks within the 9/26-10/3 timeframe? Haven't been on here in a little while lol

I get the tempered glass. Last one I had done at the Apple Store and they had an awesome tool to get it on smoothly with no bubbles. Probably can't get near that store for awhile.

How did you setup the hold ? did you use the my access link on the ups site ? can you post screen shots ? i did this one time b4 and some how messed up and apple reverced my phone due to security rules as it was a change of address

From the tracking page you can select "Change Delivery" and then this window will pop up. Choose Pickup my Package at UPS location. Then you need to choose a Customer Center, not just a regular store. If you choose a regular store the package may arrive later than Friday and cause issues. The customer center is where the phone is going to anyway before delivery. You could then chat with an agent to verify the change happened. I did this same process for my Apple watch in 2014 and it worked perfectly.

Just wait. That is how mine started this morning. All of the sudden it showed up on my profile. Then it later let me find it with my order number on the ups website. Still no tracking number, still says preparing to ship. But it looks like everyone is starting to see movement little by little.

My last update was the Incheon arrival at 7:41. But, I've seen in previous years that the information sometime doesn't get updated right away, and we might get several scans once the phones are in the states if they did make it onto UPS99.

I have mine in my support page and I can track using the order # minus the last 2 digits in UPS with track by reference.

And for the millionth time, what format of phone#? Just 10 digit phone#? Order# without last 2 digits is still not found.

We may not be in the UPS system yet, but we're asking to make sure we're entering the info into "track by reference" correctly.

A few people are seeing theirs in ups with a delivery date of the 16th. There is some hope.

I like me some Orlando City. Not much for UCF football, but maybe it's just because I was a student during the many completely winless seasons they had. I even had a teacher offer the whole class an A if we won even one game that season. That didn't happen! HA.

Mine must have been one of the lucky ones (I've seen some others) that sat in ZhengZhou, China since 9:45 PM on 9/11, and now moved to Incheon, Korea, Republic as of 7:41 PM 9/13 -- but that seems to not have (for some reason) made it onto (unless tracking is mega lagged) the flight (UPS 99) to Louisville. I know it'll be here Friday, but it doesn't make much sense why they're having so many sit behind for whatever reason.

I'm in the same boat as you. Thought mine was going to be on that flight, but, alas, still sitting in Incheon (unless they're just slow to update?)
