Hey all! Hoping someone on here might have some info about "expedited shipping".

My pre-order: iPhone 7 Plus Matte Black 256GB around 3:30am EST [although I had the checkout screen open for quite a while before pulling the trigger]. Phone arrived today!

Opted for the $10 "expedited shipping" which changed my window from Sept 27-29 to Sept 23-27.

Despite the fact it has arrived already, I'm under the impression that expedited shipping is meaningless.
- Anyone with the Sept 27-29 window receive their phone today?
- Was the 27-29 group also shipped with "UPS Worldwide Express Saver"?

Just find the whole expedited shipping strange. Also weird how they stopped offering it after the first few minutes of preorder....

I originally had the delivery window of 27th to 29th of September. I am in the UPS Worldwide Express Saver. However my phone is already on it's way to Louisville and if all goes well I expect to receive it tomorrow if not Thursday. I was stuck in China for a few days up until late last night when it started moving.

Bummer, mine still shows only an arrival scan in Korea at 7:53. Guess I missed those outbound flights tonight. Delivery was supposed to be tomorrow 9/21. Good thing I didn't cancel my dentist appt to sign for it. Now I can only hope for Thursday or Friday (with clean teeth hehe)

hi, i'm in the same boat as well.....arrival at 7:53 in korea and that's it....i'm also in socal.....hoping we get on the 10:00 flight to AK in a few hours! that's the flight my hubby's phone got on and he got his phone today

Yours got there and is still sitting there's? That doesn't augur well for those of us waiting for flight 99 to arrive and get out to our local hubs for tomorrow. That means another day in these forums waiting and waiting. UPS may you burn in hell.

Just spoke to someone in the dedicated Apple Department at UPS. She "conferred" with someone in international shipping. Says my package has cleared customs and GUARANTEED me it'll be here tomorrow. I have checked flights, shows 1 to LA and 2 to Ontario in the next few hours. I hope she's right. She did tell me and admitted my package didn't make the plane yesterday and that it should have been delivered today. I'm shocked she admitted to it, but said that's why it's sitting there. Said it's sitting in a building because it didn't make the flight.

My phone and a friends iPhone went from Louisville through San Diego on their way to the OC. I would think yours would go the same route. Hope it leaves Louisville soon!

So let me get this straight ...both Verizon and Sprint models work with GSM and CDMA, correct? So if i purchase a Sprint iPhone and put my T-Mo sim in it it'll work flawlessly, right? Just made a reservation for tomorrow for a black iPhone 7+ *because I'm impatient and can't wait for my JB to arrive Oct4th-Oct10th and wouldn't make a difference since I'm using a case anyways* and i just want to make sure it'll work properly.

That's right, I should look into flights from Louisville into San Diego as well. Thanks for the reminder. I'm glad your and your friend's phones are at least in the state of California now! I'm hoping mine will join those two soon

Yes, me too! Your history looks just like mine! I wasn't expecting it until 10pm tomorrow in Korea so this is great news! Hours earlier than I thought it might leave...

Almost identical. My scheduled delivery still says tomorrow but I'm not so sure.

from what i can tell, my phone was scanned out of korea at approx. 9:30pm PST (i'm in cali) and if it goes according to how hubby's phone got here today, it will take about 4.25 hours to get to Anchorage and then sit for about 3 hours and then take off again.

that would mean they are air born again by 5-6am-ish and on the way to louisville

they will have most of the day and tomorrow night to scan, import, etc and get them on their way for thursday....i don't think we are getting phones tomorrow unless someone has scotty working for them....
