15 straight days and I have had absolutely NO progress. I've been in processing items since I placed my order. I don't even know where to begin to tell you all how unbelievably frustrating it is that I PREORDERED a phone on the preorder launch MORNING that hasn't even been assigned to me yet. Well...I suppose I'm not the only one... can't be. But seriously. What. A. Joke! Losing a ton of respect for someone out there whether it's apple, ups, china, or mechanical failure. One, of them has hit my s*** list.

I pre-ordered the exact same phone through AT&T around 2:35 CST. Still haven't gotten charged or anything and have been in processing hell ever since. Smh

Arrival in Louisville at 1:28am on 9/24. Still no departure. I was sent an email from ups that said delivery on Monday, but that's not reflected in the tracking info.

Per UPS, my delivery date is 9/21. Excuse me, that's late! I know that it can get to wherever you are if it departs from Louisville the day before. With the way the phones have been handled this week, you can't believe anything they tell you. I'm hoping it's Monday for us though! What phone did you get?

This is my first time getting the +. I was always afraid I would think it was too big. I think I'm ready for it now.

You will love the plus. I used to have a 6 but still found screen to be small. Then when the 6s Plus came out, i made a pre order at Best Buy and got it on launch day. Once you go Plus you will never go back.

UPS predicted 9/22 for me and Apple said 9/23. My AT&T Rose Gold 128 GB 7Plus arrived Thursday on 9/23

I ordered at noon on 9/12. At that time my delivery window was 9/28-30.

Is that so? I was going off of the few posts I've seen recently in this thread about it not working lol. Well, it's good to hear that yours have always worked; I guess I'll just rely on the pre-sign then. If anything, I might just pick it up from UPS before class if possible.

Told you.. Apparently only iPhones were being delivered today so if you didn't get it by early afternoon you were in the same place as me.. since I never saw an Out for Delivery on mine I figured UPS isn't gonna deliver in my area and I just left to go by my day..

Sure enough, 1:21pm comes and I see the future delivery update.. glad I didn't waste my day..

From 10 am this morning onward I saw an out for delivery time stamp and confirmed it with ups multiple times. It actually still says it's out for delivery today 9/24/16 at 12:38 am no Pacific coast time. I called to speak with a supervisor they tried to figure out where it is but couldn't get a hold of anyone because no one is out and about. They said it should be delivered Monday but how can I take their word on anything at this point? They don't even know where my package is. And now on Monday i am busy and won't be able to be around to wait for a ****ing phone that may not even show up again.

My iPhone 7+ Jet Black 128 GB went "preparing for shipment" Friday, 9/16, and stayed there until Friday, 9/23, when it went out Shipped, but STANDARD shipping (despite the fact I called 4 times to have them expedite). Delivery scheduled for Wed, 9/28. Problem is I'm leaving for a 1-week vacation early on Tuesday, 9/27...

I called Apple on Saturday and asked them if they could do anything. They said they will have it sent to the closest UPS Hub where I live, and would change instructions to allow me to pick up at the Hub, and I would get emails, and that it would be there on Monday, 9/26--where, I guess it would just sit, until being delivered on Wednesday. Since late Friday nite it's been sitting in ZhengZhou, China, with some scans, but no movement. Not sure it's gonna make it here or not.

I thought the Apple Watch Gen0 shipment fiasco was uncoordinated, as it took me almost 60 days to get my Space Black watch, but, this year's iPhone shipping mess is the worst I've ever seen. I've ordered iPhones online to get at home since 4, and, they've always gotten to me the day of launch...this UPS "weather & mechanical" SNAFU, and some issues with Apple's stock have really been frustrating!

I totally agree with you!! I also pre-ordered 9/9 at 12:10am when it opened. Got an email confirmation at 12:24am. I ordered jet black 7+ my delivery date is October 18-31. I've been getting iPhones since the 3, this may be my last one. It's just too frustrating to order early & end up getting your phone 6 weeks later! I give up!!!
