I like the black, it's nice... but for some reason the JB grabs my attention more.. I'm hoping that I get it early next week :D.. if not I guess Ill stay with the matte

I agree, that jet black really grabs you, it's different & it makes the phone look like one seamless unit. You can only take so much though & this whole preorder debacle is starting to get old really quick!

Slightly annoyed. My iPhone 7plus finally shipped. It had an ETA of 10/11 one day before Apple promised. So I was like ok. I checked it the next day and it says "10/6". I get so excited now I don't have a date at all. And it says

  • Incheon, KR
  • 10/06/2016 12:05 A.M.
  • Pkg shipped; delivery being scheduled

A lot of us are in the same boat
 
For all the people whose phones were shipped on 10/4 and supposed to be delivered 10/6, I believe that most likely the package will arrive on 10/10 and there is a slight chance that phones may be delivered 10/7

it all depends on if it gets on the flight to Anchorage today (in Korea) / tomorrow. If it makes Anchorage, then I'd think 10/7 would be much more likely

Yeah!! That's exactly how I describe it... I might just go return mine.. the problems is that I already sold my 6s plus.. I don't know how long I can be without a phone... hahah.. that's hasn't happen since 2007
 
Alright just changed to preparing for shipments and credit card has been charged for both phones. (2- 4.7 Jet Black ordered 9/16) Now the wait begins for shipment notification!

My problem also! I promised my 6S plus to my husband & I'm going to sell his 6. If I didn't have that arrangement I would keep my 6S plus & be happy!
 

Has anyone got the same scheduled delivery date as me?it seems that i have to wait 8 days/6 business days for this.

Just got notification that mine shipped a few minutes ago. Apple's site says delivery by 10/14, but UPS says 10/13.

6 business days does seem unreasonably long considering what standard shipment usually is from Apple, but considering all the delays that we've seen on this thread, who knows. I'm happy it's finally on its way, though.

So do you think we will see any movement this week? Cuz by now I'm thinking of cancelling my order....
 
Not too happy. First it showed the 4th, then the 5th. Now ups doesn't show delivery until the 11th. And it's already in Louisville.

I actually don't understand: a few people are complaining about their order not being ready when when buying their phone they were given the expected delivery dates?
Are you actually upset because they're not ready, though we're only in early October?

I am also little confused. I'm not even sure if the deliveries are on time or delayed. But clearly some people who have ordered at the time of pre-order are still not getting their phones.

But overall, is everybody getting their phone as per expected delivery date?

Mine is a week early. I'm a little bit upset because UPS messed up in Korea and a few batches of Jet Black iPhones were delayed of one or two days. But in the end my order is still ahead of schedule.

That's pretty neat. I have to travel on 11/8. The delivery schedule shows 10/25-11/1. Still under processing.
 
My package, which was stuck in Korea like a lot others here, went the opposite way to Europe.
Left Korea to Hong Kong, and there took a flight to Collogne/Köln.
Original delivery was on Oct. 5, got updated to tomorrow, Oct. 7.
