Defintitely interested in this, there were some rumbles last year that the 16GB iPhone 6S was half the speed of the 64GB in NAND performance.

So wait a second. Apple differentiated another model with something else, dear god it doesn't end.

Does it surprise you? MacBook Air and Pro laptops ship with SSDs from different manufacturers. If you purchase a higher capacity model, you're more likely to get the "desirable" SSD. In real world usage they're all close enough.

Does anyone have a 32 GB that they can benchmark? So far the 256GB version seems to have noticeably faster write speeds.

So, were the read speeds really that much faster on 6S (1700) than a 7 (1200)? Write speeds do seem to be much faster on the 7 though.
Can the OP please compile the results on the first post, just so it is easier to compare?

I think that we should all use phone doctor, it has support for newer phones and seems to be more consistent.
