Don't worry boys and girls, a reliable internal source told me that all pre orders before 9am on the 9th will be delivered on release date. These preorders will be prioritized as follows:

New Accounts -New Orders
Adding a new line
Payment Plan Customers
Full Purchase Customers

After 9 am they will
Be staggered for the following days, depending on Apple arrival shipments which arrive in their warehouse twice a day.

He assured me that Tmobile is working around the clock to make sure everyone has their phones. He did say their only obstacle is Apple s supply chain.
If this is true... it is crappy they prioritize by the kind of buyer...

I don't think I will be getting mine on release date. My ship dates is between 9/27-10/10 for black 32 iphone 7+. It sucks to because I called around 3:40AM est. But there systems were not letting the preorder go through. So they told me they were going to put me on down form so I won't lose my place in the preordes. Which was bs
Same situation. I called right when preorders opened.

Full payment prioritized last. hmmm I'd assume that'd be first, or at least before jump payment plan.

I have a feeling that Hawaii will have shortage on iPhone 7/7+ On launch day of all the states as always lol. I work in the mall with both At&T and T-Mobile and Apple stores around. I'll probably stand in line for free food and Starbucks from Apple and go to work after lol.

Struggle was real when I was trying to get myself a iPhone 6. Took me three months after release date

I have one order at 8:58am and one at 9:03am. If this is accurate, looks like my wife ain't getting her phone on launch day :D

I'm just glad that there's some phones flowing our direction. For those of you who don't have Jump, are you participating in any kind of insurance for it (AppleCare, Squaretrade, etc)?

I talked to TMO T-force Twitter. This is their response. Can someone decode this? Why we need to pay $6.88 again for the first EIP if I'm rolling off trade in credit to EIP balance.

Thank you again! So for the first device there will be a montly credit of $20.21 on each of your bills to cancel the remainder of the phone out and as for the second device it would be $13.13, does that make sense? *

That is correct. What you will see is the full eip charge for each order on your bill and then you will see a credit right beside it for the $20.21 and $13.13 leaving you to pay the remaining amount due on each one. Does that make sense? *FeliciaP

Couldn't see if anyone answered you already, the reason is because they give you a lump sum bill credit for your trade-in. You can also apparently have this applied to your EIP balance so that you do not end up paying anything. The emphasis on this promotion is "zero net cost," for this very reason where they give you the trade-in credit one-time as whole.
