A tmobile rep that i just spoke too, that actually had a clue, said as of what has been told to him by his management is that no 7+ order had a ship date earlier than 9/19 because Apple didnt allocate any up front to any carrier, based on what their inventory was as of last Wednesday. Everything you see now, ship dates are based off of what the actual on hand inventory was as of last Wednesday. Between today and tomorrow, you will see updated shipping times. the 9/19 groups will get theirs on Friday. Even the 9/26 group should be pulled into the first week.
I tend to agree with this. I ordered a black 7+, 256gb. I was online at 11:55pm when the iPhones went live on the TMO website and the ship date was 9/19-26 then for all plus models. So it seems like this CSR knew something factual. We will see in the next 24-36 hours.

So is it pretty safe to assume the people with delivery dates 9/27-10/10 won't get theirs on launch day?

Try logging out of the app and logging back in. I was having the same issue and that fixed it.
Just logged out and It tells me that the order needs 48 hours to be processed and to try again later

Yes, it works no matter where you ordered from because it will be shipped by UPS. If it doesn't find a package for you, then it hasn't been shipped yet (or a label hasn't been created yet).

You can also try to use your T-Mobile account number as the reference number.

I assume this trick does not apply to new accounts (i.e. I don't have a TMobile # )

How is this different than anything that's been said or posted here since last week? They don't have a clue of their stock yet. They are going to get 7+s....and they will slap on labels when they get them in their hands tomorrow or thursday.

Exactly what I was going to say. And if that is accurate still, we are looking at 9 planes times that = 1,755,000 just today!

I keep checking back here every hour or so, i know we're all excited for it. But i don't think we should just forget it and say we are not getting it. Last year my iPhone 6s plus arrived at my door on release date while T mobile still showed being processed. If you think about it, they have to process thousands maybe even millions of phones, i'm sure they can't get to every single one at times. I believe we should start seeing more movement tomorrow or Thursday, and even if nothing then, don't lose hope.
