Carrier iPhone 7/7+ T-Mobile Pre-Order Thread

Hey all, chiming in really late. I wanted to share some hope. When I pre ordered the iPhone 6, it was a huge mess and the shipping dates were well into October. I never received an order update and never received a tracking number but they magically showed up at our doorstep on launch day. I ordered around 7am est, two 7+ black 32gb and my est shipping is 9/22-10/10 so I'm hoping they just show up Friday!

Same thing happened to me with the 6. I had no idea it was coming on launch day! I got the email with tracking info after I already had the phone. lol

isn't this the first new iPhone release that they are releasing the iPhone only after a week after the keynote?

Last year they announced the 6S on the 9th of Sept, but didn't release until the 25th. They should've just done the same this year if their productions were not going to meet demand. Ugh

It really was. I had to call so many times. We were told it wouldnt come until almost November then it just showed up.

off subject, but i notice your order numbers are all numbers, while both of my orders started with the letter S. is there a difference?

I talked to a tmo rep and they said the letters dont really matter. Without the letter they can still pull up the order.

I refuse to believe after all these years preordering can still be this botched. Switching between this and Reddit and it's funny how everyone in the country is all bent out of shape. T-Mobile/Apple must be laughing at us.

Worked with the Twitter rep who wasn't able to update the ship name. He said my shipping estimate of 9/27- 10/10 was still accurate from what he could see.

Stock holders don't like the stocks to go down and companies don't like to see a decline in their revenue.
If you can push a product as soon as possible then the better for them
We all preordered even those jet black folks who knew supply was limited ordered with crazy shipping dates

I'm pretty sure he was joking, obviously if you ordered a phone you will get it eventually.
