Not true. They still offer "Simple Choice" plans. You need to order the T-Mobile One plan when ordering the iPhone 7 as a new subscriber. When your account is activated and assigned a phone # call them and have plan changed. I did this yesterday.
 
So my account is now pass due as of today, which that usually means you can't order a phone until its paid. Are they still going to process my order or even when I try going into a store friday to get one are they going to allow me to get one ? hmm

I have a $1700+ past due balance from the past two months and ordered it with no problem. Although I have a bunch of lines and phones on a business account I've had at tmobile since the 90s.
 
My shipping status has looked like this for quite some time with no update. Everyone else seems to have more movement. Anyone else in the same boat as me? Chances I will receive it on Friday? I ordered an iPhone 7 128GB Matte Black.
Mine's been like that as well. I think it's a good sign. Remember it's overnight delivery. I bet the status changes dramatically tomorrow for the both of us. :)

I think I'm just going to cancel my 128gb Jet Black order and get the 128gb Matte Black, its estimated shipping dates are 9/19-9/26, hell of a lot better than 11/1-11/30.
That's the one I have mine is 11/1-11/30 so u might wanna just keep it

Rose Gold 128GB iPhone 7 Plus via JoD, original ETA is 9/19-9/26.

Got my tracking number at 4:30PM ET, UPS finally updated status 5:41PM that the package is en route to carrier. I guess we'll wait until the morning to see where it is and what my updated delivery date will be.
 
I am extremely annoyed by this whole process right now. I was told on the phone that since I placed the preorder using Jump, I can't cancel the order and process a new order until Monday after they cancel my current preorder. He told me if I placed an order on the 19th I would get the phone by the 26th, which I seriously doubt. He also said on their end the phone doesn't come out on T-Mobile until the 26th anyways. What the hell?

Now I'm stuck with the Jet Black and waiting until November.

Checked my cc and it has a Token Request Granted for $0.00 applied at 08:47 CST under Pending Authorizations. I have no idea what that means.

Edit: let me add that the only thing I've charged on that card in the past month is my phone.

I tried to cancel it and they said since I used Jump I couldn't process a new order until the 19th. Last time I will go through T-Mobile for anything. Next year I'm doing this through Apple.
