I was gonna get the Jet Black, but then read that a few minutes before ordering, so I switched to Matte

If I don't get till next week I will change to matte.. seems the smartest way in a long shot based on the people testing them out.
 
One thing I know is the word Pre-Order has a new meaning to me after this whole week of refreshing the T-Mobile App, MyUPS Choice and Macrumors. I need to remember this for the iPhone 8. Not going to go through this debacle a third time.

At this point I think it's safe to say, nothing is coming our way by tomorrow (Plus Black & Jet Black) without at least a cc charge or a MyUPS notification of label created. It wouldn't make any logistical sense.

I checked my account for a 6S+ order that my cousin ordered last year. Same thing happened with the tracking, it just says "delivered" with no updates. I'm really hoping that this is the case with these black/jet black 7+ orders because most of us pre-ordered early (3:20 am EST for me) and it'll be ridiculous if NONE of us gets any black 7+ orders at all. It makes no sense that they wouldn't be producing any of those phones and allocating it to T-Mobile at all, considering how much T-Mobile has grown in user base. Sigh, we have 1 day left everyone! Hang on tight haha. There's still hope until 8-9pm ish, when UPS stops delivering.

I'm curious though. For those who got the phones in their hand in the prior years without shipping updates, did your card get charged first? Or did you see those charges appearing after you received the phone?

ordered 9/9 signed eip 7:45am mountain time charged 9/14 ..Ups my choice says next day air processed 9/14 10pm ready for shipment KY to AZ ..

i dont have access to check it online since i have an Sxxxxxxx order number, i simply did the online chat and they gave me the tracking number

I never necessarily took "Preorder" to mean that I would definitely have my phone on launch day... it just meant I was getting in line to get a phone. Like if I was waiting outside an Apple store for three hours (which I did when the 3GS came out long long ago) and they ran out of stock before I got to the front (which they did), I wouldn't feel like I was robbed or that I was 'supposed' to have gotten a phone because I waited so long.

Preorder just means ordering before the phone is released, they never claimed it was a 'launch-day guarantee'. Hell, they even told me on the phone when I ordered that my shipping dates were 9/19-9/26, so I knew before I finalized the order.

ive been reading this thread for 3 days now and decided to sign up to update you guys on my tmobile pre order.. im on JOD and preordered Sep 9 2016 at 3pm in San Diego, CA. received email EIP 4 am Sep 10, signed it at 7am. Was really impatient and decided to walk in at a tmobile store near me but talked first to a tmobile rep thru tmobile app and asked if i could be able to give it a shot in the store on friday and said i can. But for some reasons last night, i received an email that my preorder Iphone 7 plus 32gb Rose Gold has a tracking number and it says its in

At time of order I was told I only needed to have a postpaid account. That's what I expect to happen or they will get their phone back and I will cancel my account.

If you look at the planes coming in, there are quite a lot coming tonight. I don't know if tmobile and UPS will work super overtime and quick enough to get them out by tomorrow but I would think maybe. We just have to wait and see

Planes come into AZ around 5am. It's unloaded at Sky Harbor, then sorted at the facility there. Then it's taken to whichever sort facility covers your area. There are 4 facilities in the valley. Once they arrive at the sort building they're sorted and loaded onto the proper car. They are shipped next day saver so they could be delivered anytime during the day, but if they are inundated with air packages they also have Air drivers that can supplement the regular drivers.

hey im somewhat new to Az if you miss the shipment during the day where is the ups warehouse that allows for pickup in the evening hours when the trucks come back after making deliveries .. im in the central phoenix area if that helps
