Go here and save a copy of the promotion AP02 under the Prior Offers section. That has all the terms and conditions about the 24 monthly credits. I have that saved, so if they give me issues, I have it saved off and can reference it later.

You are both probably right. They probably just use the term backorder more broadly. If they don't have it in stock to ship right away, it's backordered.

My order says UPS expedited next day on the app but on the website it only says UPS. Other than that nothing. Still no change. 9/27-10/10 ESD. 7 plus matte black 128 GB.
 
I have no UPS hubs anywhere close to my house, so I couldn't hold it for pickup. UPS says that it will be delivered by the "end of the day," but I have work tonight. Hopefully it comes earlier.

Thanks it sucks I have to wait for my jet black but this will pass the time I'll just steal her phone lol.
