iPhone 7+ 128gb jet black. Ordered at 2:01am central time. Ship date 9/19-9/26. no charge or anything

I went to a tmobile store today hoping to snag any iPhone. I was the 6th person in line, and they only had 5 phones total for launch day. Needless to say I went in and asked if there was any phones hiding in back or more expected to be delivered today. I know the employees of this store well enough as they are customers at my restaurant on a regular basis. They felt terrible for not being able to help me out, told them I felt terrible that the next time they came in I was going to be out of whatever they ordered LOL.

Back to the iPhones, of the 5 they received they had 0 (ZERO) plus models. He took me to the desk and printed out an email from their corporate team , any and all jet black plus models according to this sheet will not ship before at least two to three more weeks. Im really bummed.

damn, that's so weird.. did you order over the phone? My CC info in order status is blank but the t-mobile chat rep did tell me everything was good when I review the order last week :(
I went into T-Mobile and she did the order and asked for my debit card and entered everthing in
 
I wouldnt be but i know this situation is very delicate lol but did you check your order status in your tmobile account thats how i found out i have yet to get a email or text about shipping.
checked my tmo account on the app & web, still processing, no email/text & nothing on My UPS :eek:

I do have 2 phones on order tho.

Quick question, for those ppl who did not get charged yet, do you see paid on and paid using section from order status listed as blank? Now, I'm wondering whether they have my cc information correct since system went down right after I order 7 plus JB lol...
There's stuff in my paid section - it's not blank.

So my 3 7+'s (all matte black, 2 32GB & 1 128GB) aren't all estimated to ship until 9/27-10/10. I know everyone says just be patient and we will get them when we get them, but should I be expecting them to ship very near 9/27? Or does anyone think it'll be sooner/longer? I can wait 10 days, even tho I'm not happy about it... Just annoying how Apple could not keep up with preorder demand.
 
After tonight if I don't get charged im going to just give up on trying to see when I will possibly get my phone . I'm emotionally drained lol

The first one was around 6:45am est and the second 6:52am on 9/9. It was placed by an exec team specialist who said I would be prioritized even though i had a 9/27-10/10 expected date.

I just noticed it about 5 min ago. Last time I checked was around noon est.
I ordered around the exact same time. I was told I would receive it today!

A t-mo rep that I am absolutely positive doesn't know one way or another said that that will get filled in when the order is actually charged.

I haven't been charged yet though xD I have a feeling I won't be until all the newbies and switchers get their phones. Then they'll start worrying about customers that haven't switched in 14 years, not as if they're going to switch any time soon.

You're probably fine if it said out for delivery.

I hate UPS.. mine arrived in Houston last night and scheduled for delivery today. I called early in the morning when I saw the website tracking not updated to "out for delivery" and the rep was very confident it is on time and will deliver by end of day. Called a few more times throughout the day since no updates and no delivery. Called at 5pm and rep still sure it will deliver. At 7:20, called, on hold for the longest time (45 mins) rep finally says it was never scanned to go out for delivery so it will be rescheduled for Monday. No ****! That's why I've been calling throughout the day and could have even picked it up from the hub if any of the reps confirmed what I was worried about all day. This is for 5 128gb iphone 7's...so pissed.

Awe I'm sorry you didn't get it! I got lucky and it showed up around 6pm!

7+ Matte Black 32gb via JOD. On the phone at midnight and order completed at 12:09am.

No charge as taxes are rolled into monthly payment.

No text or email about UPS MyChoice.
T-Mobile app and website still says "being processed" with an est. ship date of 9/19-9/27.

Checked via UPS app and it shows a label created and expected delivery date of 9/19 by end of day
