Yeah they couldn't tell me why it was cancelled they're crazy thinking I want to re order and start new when I originally had a 9/19 - 27 ship date and they say they can't retain my spot in line

You need to get in touch with t-force and if that doesn't work email John Legere the CEO. They WILL respond and if tforce can't do anything then they will.

Escalate it because that's just bad business

Legere has helped people directly in the past, who have unusual cases like yours. Definitely don't hesitate to do that if need be. He really is a pretty cool dude.

Of course, be chill with him. No need to go crazy on poor John ;) He may just make sure one is held for you at some local store or something.

Was your CC charged and declined possibly? I heard this from a representative earlier today that if they aren't able to charge your card, the order will be canceled and you would have to start over.

I'm worried about this, but got money coming in at the end of the month. I honestly have a valid reason to wait till this month is over and am praying I'm not charged for it before then

It's crazy because just a day ago I was complaining how long the November wait was. Now it's the opposite lol

You'd sure hope they'd send ya a text or email, if a card being declined would automatically cancel a preorder. Suppose that is a very real possibility though :eek: Ouch.

If the card was charged and declined a text message would have been sent stating to contact customer services. then after that you have like 24 -48 hours or something like that to call them

I had that happen a year ago when i set up my service with t-mo. my wife used my money for the phone so it was easy. put money back on the card and move on. BUT if you already got a email stating your order was cancelled your screwed.

No email for me yet it that manner thankfully lol I think I should be in the clear. This whole preorder process is making me kinda nuts though

No, but I've seen him on Twitter, tell people to email him directly for odd trouble. Of course if the reps can't see anything...there is a chance he couldn't help either. Last ditch effort sorta thing. Try T force on twitter.
