I ordered 7+ JB 128GB on 9/9 and signed EIP by 1:00AM PT. I am one of the few lucky ones (NOT) that has estimated ship date of 10/25-11/11. Ordered by phone after unsuccessful attempts on website and confirmed twice through app chat that they see the order, but the order is nowhere to be found on mytmobile.com. No updates at all in app's order page ("Being Processed").

If any of you think you have bad luck, just remember this post.

True, I can't explain that. But he said he ordered at midnight, which is weird bc who orders at midnight unless it's the night preorders open? So thought maybe he said wrong dates? Otherwise yeah, you do have bad luck.

I ordered at midnight for two reasons. 1. Apple said in an official statement about their shortage of iPhone 7 Pluses, so I decided to place a pre-order and then cancel it if I found an iPhone in store. 2. iPhone Promo. I had about 30 minutes before the iPhone promo changed. I have unlimited data and I'm sure as hell wasnt going to risk giving it up for T-Mobile One.

Just charged for a 128 GB Matte Black 7+. Ordered on 9/14~15 at midnight. Delivery estimate: 10/10-10/24. I'm hoping I receive my device soon. And if I do, major props to T-Mobile for pulling through!

I also got charged for my MB 7+ 128GB at 3:59 PM EST today. I pre-ordered on 9/9 at about 5:30AM EST (The system was down for literally 2 hours while I tried to place this order. I had to speak to a supervisor because the initial operator said I could not get a new line with JoD via telesales)

No charge here for my 7+ 128 Black. Ordered on 9/9. I wonder if they are charging by location? North East, North West, etc.

What time of day in what time zone did you order though? And don't go by your guess, there should be an exact time on My T-Mobile.

When did you order?

Two hours after pre-orders started. I was on the line within 5 minutes Into pre-orders starting but because I was on jump on demand it would not go through. I ended up changing mine to jump 2.0 and then it went through.

It seems like you think that I'm lying, I'm not. I pre-ordered the night before the T-Mobile iPhone promoc hanged. Before, any customer or new customer could get an iPhone 7 for free with any plan, but starting as of September 15th, you had to have T-Mobile One in order to take advantage of the promo. So that's why I pre-ordered at night. I'm a college student, I'm up really late most of the time.

I pre-ordered just in case I couldn't find one in store. I remember how scarce the supply of iPhone 6 Plus was in 2014. So instead of risking it, I decided to pre-order it. On Friday, I went to two T-Mobile stores. If by any chance I found what I was looking for, I would cancel my order. However, that was not the case.

You seem quite salty that I was charged for my order. I don't get it, but continue being salty. I know what I was charged for what device and I know when I ordered. Thank you very much!
