So I had a follow-up call from the executive office shortly after being charged today. I asked her does my being charged mean that the phone will ship soon and she said no, that I should expect for my phone to get here around my quoted estimated shipping date 9/27-10/10. Completely burst my bubble! But I'm hoping she's wrong and just said that in the event it doesn't ship in the next couple days I can't hold her accountable for wrong information.

128gig MB
Jump (regular)
Online order 7:45AM Eastern on 9/9

Well the nightmare continues or she doesn't know ****

LA also. I was looking at iStockNow for iPhone 7s (not seeing stock for Pluses though). A lot more red now since I last checked but I still see green on the map. One store has all 128gb color variations besides JB.
Ok, yes, I was looking at same site but iP7+ only

The online chat rep and a T-Mobile store employee both said no stores anywhere will have stock. Is this true?

Yeah I think that contradicts what other reps have said based on what people have posted. They said that once your charged, the phone is being prepped for shipment (meaning you should be receiving it fairly soon). Not sure who's correct.

Here's a helpful tidbit from Twitter @TMobileHelp via DM:

"Different customers place orders through different channels, so there are a number of variations in the shipping time-frames, but the warehouse processes them in the order in which they receive them. I can understand why it would be upsetting to hear that he has been charged and has tracking information, but there are a number of factors that could potentially be coming into place."

I hope that helps explain to some of y'all who are wondering how certain people ordered after them but are being charged now.

I was told the same thing but I don't buy that. If I order the same color/configuration/quantity of phones and someone else orders the exact same, whoever orders first should get it first. I don't buy the "various factors" argument. Time of order should be the only factor. First come, first served. Me getting charged and delivered are two different things. I understand that if I live far from the warehouse it would take longer for me to get the phone but we are just talking about phones being assigned to our order. Not the delivery. "Various factors" tells me, we f****d up but we obviously can't admit that.

Ooh, following other's leads, I wrote to the Executives today complaining, and just now got this-

Hi Brian!

Thank you for your patience, we appreciate your loyalty!

For anyone who has gotten charged: What did the status of your order change to immediately after? I have two phones on order, was charged for one, but both changed to "Order in Progress"

Nothing changed. It shows as "order in progress" on the My T-Mobile home page but if you go to Order Status it still shows as "being processed."

I read this as they have the phones in their warehouse and are already in the process of shipping those out within the next 3 days for your date range.

Ayeee I'm in new orleans too! Do you know which store had stock? The wait is killing me
I called one of them in meterie a few days ago and they said they had 1 256 gb (for 900 something). I just called the one in gentilly and they said "you know we don't have 7s yet"

So I guess they out

Apparently there's no consistency to any of this. One of mine is a JB plus 128 with a 9/19-26 and an MB plus 128 with a 9/27-10/10. But like I say the status of both changed even though I've only been charged once. Seems odd
