Hello T-Mobile thread! I'm from the AT&T thread and would just like to update y'all on our situation. Lots of people have recieved "backordered" status and very soon after recieving them, had their phones ship. Mine has been on back order for 24hrs so I hope to see movement soon. Also, there are TONS of planes coming into Louisville tonight. Idk where yalls hub is but ours is in Dallas and we just had 3 planes land there with 4 more to come later tonight. Today we had A LOT of people receive shipping for the IP7+, Matte Black, 128GB(which is what I ordered) however AT&T must not know what a queue is because they're shipping all over the place. Just a little update for our side. What is yalls status?
things looks like they're moving for people who pre ordered matte black IP7'S & IP7+

no movement for anyone who pre-ordered JetBlacks

We saw a LOT of plus 128g mb charges today, tmo has yet to update anyone or process shipping labels through ups. Looks like the pipeline is finally opening up though.
Maybe they had to charge the cards, so they could afford the shipping supplies, printer ink, labels and box tape lol.
There is a method to the madness :p

Here at the t-mobile front, things have been bittersweet. We lost scores of good men, however we somehow managed to survive the artillery and are currently receiving some info and movement within our 128gb MB+ unit.

32GB MB+ are MIA, assumed dead.

Many are wondering when we can go home.

Good info - many of us with MB 128 GB Plus orders from 9/9 (delivery dates in the 9/16-9/27 and onwards range) got charged this afternoon, but as far as anyone can tell, none but the odd exception have seen any shipping information yet. There still seem to be a lot of people with 32GB Plus orders from 9/9 and later who have not seen anything happen. Not sure where the T-Mobile hub is - Louisville, KY itself?

We read you about the queueing problem - it's rampant here too. Many people who ordered much later have already had their cards charged, while others who got their orders in minutes after 00:00 PST 9/9 are still waiting.
 
You can't order for T-Mobile online from Apple for EIP either. Jump or no Jump, it doesn't matter. You have to pay full upfront for T-Mobile when ordering online. This has be because of their #uncarrier system.

Are you serious, not even EIP....
 
I was going to give my phone back to Tmobile (6s+ 64gb) I owe $375, but it would make more sense to sell it, and get way more profit. Any idea on a good site to sell on, other than Craigslist?

Those who have a shipdate of 9/19-9/26 and still have not been charged call T-Mobile just in case. My CC did not go through and phone was placed on hold aka "back order" gave them the SAME CC and it went through. Should be receiving text message of tracking number within 24 hours.

Well I posted a few pages back the email I received today from Aika Aguilar from the 'Office of the President' and she mentioned that my order "was ready to ship and should leave our warehouse in approximately 72 hrs".

So if she is correct, I would assume this is true for everyone who got charged today. So the phones would ship out Friday.

Right now I am at the point where I don't care whether my order goes through or not LOL.
I am not going to waste my time calling them, I would rather waste it on here :)

ALL TIMES IN EST!

1. Credit card charged around 3:40PM on Sept 14th
2. UPS label was created at 9:50 PM Sept 14th. But remember, you won't get an UPS my choice email yet at this point since T-Mobile boxed it and put the label on it. UPS doesn't know of this package yet.
3. Email from T-Mobile at 6:30AM on Sept 16th that the order has shipped. Only when we tracked it then did we find out that the package was ready for pickup at 9:50PM on Sept 14th. Still no UPS my choice email since it was not picked up by UPS.
4. Origin scan at 12:23AM on Sept 17th. UPS email sent some time after this.
5. Delivered on Sept 19th(yesterday)

Hope this information helps.
