Wtf how are they choosing who gets deliveries maybe I should bitch and moan I ordered 1 am preorder day and they screwed it up because the system went down rhen I reordered the same day by noon pacific time. I have estimate 9/27 matte black plus 128 no charge no nothing wtf

I know some heads are going to explode with what I say next, but this is the truth and nothing but the truth.

I ordered my iPhone 7 Plus Matte Black 128 GB on 9/14~15 around midnight. My delivery date was: 10/10-10/24. However, something incredible happened today. I noticed a charge from T-Mobile early in the afternoon for the exact amount I see on my order on the website. A few minutes ago, I saw on myUPSChoice that a delivery is schedule for tomorrow from T-Mobile. It looks like I'm getting my iPhone 7 Plus wayyyy ahead of time. Major props to T-Mobile for pulling thru!
I ordered before you and don't have a ups label. I cannot check for charge since phone is Christmas present, though tforce Twitter said that your credit card has been charged. We are showing it will not be charged until the device is ready to ship. Glad for you but frustrating that I ordered before you and don't have a label. I got order email on the 10th at 11:37pm central time 7+ 128 MB. Could you please post a screenshot for proof.

I have a pending charge on my card and I just checked MyUPS and I have an expected delivery date of tomorrow but all it says is "order processed ready for UPS"
Same thing happened to me, except my CC has been charged. 7+ 128GB MB ordered 7 a.m. 9/9. JOD 9/27-10/10 est delivery.

I pre-ordered the 7+ MB 32gb on 9/9 signed my agreement at 3:30 am PST after being placed on hold for an hour. Received shipping dates of 9/27-10/10...still have not been charged yet. Upgraded through JUMP!

I know most likely 99% of those who got their phone are off this thread by now lol, but for anyone who ordered their phone from T-Mobile before, is there any indication of which phone number line the phone belongs to on the box? I'm pretty sure this is my phone arriving first since I ordered as soon as preorders opened, but I'm also sure my cousins are going to fight me for the phone :confused: I'm hoping the order status updates on myTmobile soon so that'll make it much easier.


On your T-Mobile account it should list an account number that's different for each line. This is also the reference number UPS uses. Just match the two, and you'll know who's phone arrived.
 
Just talked with a T-Mobile representative about my 9/27-10/10 estimated ship date. I was asking about whether or not iPhones (with this estimated ship date) can be shipped before this date range. This is what I got:

"These are actually just estimated dates that is being provided from Apple. However, these are updated from time to time. Need not to worry as we have been working together with Apple to ensure this can be shipped as soon as possible. Once you have processed the order,you will always be notified once the device is already shipped."

Makes me shrug, I don't wanna get my hopes up.

You can for the phone that came for your prrorder, not sure if it would work for somebody else's.

Ughhh why! Im happy you're getting yours this week, but I preordered on 9/11 which is 3-4 days before you and got a shipping date of 11/1-11/30 and still haven't been charged. I guess this just gives me hope that I might get mine this week too. I just hate how the shipping dates don't actually update like T-Mobile said they would.

Contact tmobile and see if they can help you, currently waiting for their help on Twitter.
 
I'm so irritated I need to change my CC info and T-Mobile can't until it gets declined . I spoke to an executive and he said the same thing. I had T-Mobile help from twitter check around 6:30 if my CC has been declined yet to update and NOPE! I ordered a 128gb black iPhone plus on 9/9 and everyone has been charged but not me!
 
So no paperwork or anything at all? I thought they would have a slip saying which line it belongs to or something since I thought it comes with a Tmo sim card or am I wrong? @__@

The sim card was in the phone but that's it. I always ended up getting only the phone and missing all the paper work. So I might be a special case tho lol
