Good luck with that. AT&T is the WORST. All the carriers are the same customer service wise.

But tmobile does jump when I say jump, not that I ask for things that are unreasonable. So far I don't need to worry about AT&T. I was with AT&T when the first iPhones came out they weren't that bad, they just weren't that good either.
