Since my order was placed last Wednesday 9/14 by a T-Mobile executive I haven't gotten any responses or updates and had no luck when I tried calling back. T-Mobile page just shows "Being processed."

Today I contacted Art Lucero on Twitter and he said he would be happy to help and check my order and minutes later the executive that helped me last week returned my call and emailed me as well. They have no new info for me but they contacted the warehouse for updates and are waiting to hear back.

I'm not trying to be too whiney but others who had orders placed after me for Matte Black 7+ have gotten their's so I'm just wondering what they did different?

I'm rooting for all you who haven't gotten updates to get updates on your phones tonight/tomorrow!
