New here... Just looking for support as I wait continually for any movement on my order.

iPhone 7+ 128GB Matte Black
Ordered 9/9 @ 10AM (store opening)
Hawaii Time
Documents Signed 9/10 (email showed up on this date)
CC charged (or validated) on 9/10

....waiting to be charged completely. Waiting for tracking #. Just waiting. Trying to maintain this 16GB iPhone 6S (I'm literally deleting apps, pics, vids, music... Daily).

Only if you switched to that plan. Many got the deal without switching plans.

Its been a real pleasure guys. I finally have my iPhone. Just to recap:

iPhone 7 Plus 128GB Black, ordered: 09/09; 05:30AM PST
Current Status: Order in process, delivery window: 09/27-10/10
Charged: 09/20 at 03:34PM EST; Shipped 09/20, Delivered 09/22.

Hope everyone else gets theirs very soon!

I ordered my 32GB black 7 Plus's about 2 hours before you. No JOD though.
Mine should be here tomorrow so my guess is you're not that far behind.

So about what time do they ship out of T-Mobile????? Got my tracking number last night but no movement.....was hoping it shipped out tonight

Mine didn't ship to ups (origin scan) until about 12:30am KY time (today). I received it today at about 2:00pm pst. It seems the origin scans are later at night dependent on where they end up going...

I woke at 20 after and had nothing but issues with the JOD system, I had no chance of getting any jet black iPhone, when I finally got my order in I had a ship time of 11/1-11/30 (back ordered)...so you will get one before most.:p ...I ended up cancelling my order, ordered iPhone 7 matte black which I got on release day.

I couldn't decide between 7/7+, but, when apple catches jet black production up, I may go for it in the 7+ w/JOD.

My local tmo store now has a MB 7+ and JB 7...the JB is not as slippery, even though it's slick looking, I would prefer it...not sure why apple couldn't estimate the demand for it and, since they take longer to produce, order these first, then the other colors and wait until they had some to release it.:rolleyes:

Ordered 9/9 @ 6AM HST (12PM EST) via T-mobile online
CC charged on 19 Sep, and received shipping confirmation w/ estimated delivery date of 22 Sep.

As of 6PM HST, UPS is still showing "Order Processed: Ready for UPS," and all I could get out of T-Mobile customer service was "just wait until it's delivered," not encouraging.

Sent a DM to Art Lucero, hope he can provide a better explanation. My only thought is they don't ship as frequently to Hawaii because of it being geographically separated. Will let you know If I receive any updates.

same here!

Ordered a Black 32GB iPhone 7+ on 9/9 at around 8am and got a shipping estimate of 9/27-10/10. Still waiting for a charge. No movement yet. :(
