Gotta remember it's from when you signed the EIP, not when the rep said your order is in. Did you order over the phone? Because that might explain why.

I did it via Jump! Online which sins the EIP instantly as soon as you checkout.

guys i just got charged 5 minutes ago for mine and i ordered right at 12 am and signed eip at 12:25am...same size and color...

Is anyone on here still waiting for their iPhone 7 128gb in Jet Black? I'm seeing people on Twitter getting their phones much earlier than planned, and my est shipping dates are now reaching well into the middle of December.

Annoying to say at the very least. Pointless preorder. Smh

T-Mobile is a joke! I know the supply chain issue is Apple's fault... but T-Mobile is handling this thing horribly. They seem to just ship randomly... not in order. I am on JOD. I will be leaving and taking them up on their Lifetime Coverage Gaurantee. I'll move the service to another carrier, keep paying the lease payments to T-Mobile... and they will still unlock it even though it isn't paid off! Read about it here:

I upgraded same route and signed eip at 8:55p 9/8 pacific time. No updates
 
My iPhone 7 plus MB 256GB preorder was just charged.
Estimated delivery 9/19-9/26.

Saw posts of the MB 256GB crew getting charged so I decided to check my bank account... and nothing! 2 seconds after I log out of my account, I get a notification of the charge... Finally!!!
