case in point. i ordered 3 hours before Jaggrey there is no rhyme or reason to the way tmoible is doing this and im fed up

Ordered 9/9 in the Tmo store at 0900CST
signed EIP on 9/9 at 1000 CST.
I7 128gb silver
I7+ 128gb matte black
Original ship date 9/27-10/10
Card charged on 9/20
Shipped on 9/21
I held it for pickup at my local UPS hub.

I just picked up my phones, took them straight to my local Apple Store and had Apple Care put on them both ( i don't waste my money with carrier insurance)

unboxed both phones, backup/restore in progress.

That's a wrap.

did anyone trade in the phone in store ? or must be mail in . kinda worry about shippping it . prefere to take to store and have them receive it and show credit asap

Guess I'm not getting my phone tonight even though UPS says delivery 9/23 by end of day. Weird since there is no progress.
 
Has there been any movement on rose gold 32 gb 7s the last few days? I haven't seen anyone comment about it.
 
i feel like calling in but I know CSR gonna say the same crap hoping in the next few days will change since i seen someone with a 256gb jet black plus model got charged today.
