So... the guy you quoted ordered after you and had a further out shipping quote, but already shipped before you? Aren't you mad about it?
THIS is why I am leaving T-Mobile. It is BS that people can call an "executive office"... whine and complain and then get pushed ahead of those who ordered earlier!

I ordered my black iPhone 7 plus 128 gh on September 10th around 7 pm and it says mid October...... I want it sooner
I think this is John Legere hiding away in his bungelo forwarding issues to executive team members concerning iphone pre-orders LOLI sure thought you would have gotten yours already Kylee. You may just be waiting until November like me.. lol
Yeah it sucks! >.< I honestly thought they would be on top of their game with this iPhone release, guess not..
Too think everyone thought we wont be charged today because 3PM came and went.
I guess they are servants of the mighty $ and not their customers.
That is what I see, following their pre-orders this year for the first time.
I'm not sure how the heck they've been doing orders but it sure hasn't been in the order on the day and time people's order have been placed. I placed my order at 4:09 in the morning once I could get through online and yet I was seeing people that ordered days later getting their phones on launch day, been following this thread since day one and it's unfortunate how Tmobile and Apple did this pre-orders this year...
I am going to hold out till I get my shipment from T-Mobile... Then I will contact them and invoke their Lifetime Coverage Guarantee. They will immediately unlock all of my JOD phones and set me up to be able to leave. I will port my numbers to AT&T, thus canceling my T-Mobile plan, but T-Mobile will continue to allow me to pay my monthly lease payments on my phones. Then next year, I will upgrade to the next iPhone using AT&T Next on Apple's website... and I will sell my iPhone 7 phones at that point and then pay them off. AT&T has better coverage anyway... I simply "put up" with T-Mo's lack of coverage because of all of the perks they offered... but screw it. This is the first year ever I didn't get an iPhone on launch day and I am not happy about it.
My JB+ 128 is S01738XXXX series... NO MOVEMENT... NO CHARGE.
This is the first time I've ever pre-ordered. What a waste of time.
That's odd I saw a S0175 get charged I am hoping I am in next batch ... JOD order placed in store at 10 am on 9/10

It's like this every year. Pre-orders are slow to fulfill unless you get in early.

Yeah, even crazier that t-mobile is not shipping in the order the orders are received.
I guess if you have the phone in hand you might as well process it though and get to the next order.
