And he told me that I shouldn't have been charged and that he will give me back the money. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

I have two outstanding- same phone and dates as you. Orders placed on 9/11. Already received a JB 128 Plus within its delivery window.

All individual orders. The rep actually suggested that we do it separate so that they can ship as they are available. Kudos to her
I'm in the same boat. Charged on Friday. No updates or movement on TMobile or UPS. At this point, I'm expecting the phone not to get dropped off to UPS until Monday evening, which means likely Wednesday delivery. If it somehow makes it Tuesday, that would be a bonus, but I'm not expecting it at this point. That's my two cents.
